I got this gate to keep my cat from running out our door and of our deck. It works perfectly. My son-in-law put it together. I love the door the gate has that can swing in or out. It's well made and feels sturdy. I was so happy to find a gate in the size I needed. My cat won't be going far thanks to this wonderful gate.
This gate is well built compared to other brands we bought this summer. The center gate is a generous width that you can actually walk through. It's more expensive, but stands up to my dogs.
This gate is perfect. It was easy to install, looks great and we love that it is easy to open and close and has a controlled hinge so that it doesn’t swing close once we open it.
It’s a very nice gate, only drawback is our 5.5 lb puppy can squeeze through one section. It will resolve itself as she grows but for now we have to keep a close eye on her!
The height is great and it’s wide enough for my space. However I wish the lock was different and harder for kids to open. My 3y/o can figure out how to open it. Aside from that it works as expected.
We had an odd spot at the bottom of our stairs. This has worked great. The first step is not ideal, but accomplishes adults easily going up and down and the 1 year old being safe. Are planning on ordering another for our deck.

Thank you! fairybaby！Okay but seriously, one of my biggest issues is when I’m doing laundry or washing dishes, etc. and the baby just takes off so then I have to also stop what I’m doing. This has been so helpful in keeping her on one area of the house with me. Also a great way to separate my dogs from the kids when I’m cleaning up bc my little toddlers can be a little wild with them

We are using this as an outdoor gate, even though it's not made for outdoor. I have sprayed it to protect it from the elements outside in pennsylvania. This was the only gate that was the right size for the opening on our porch on the entire web! We have purchased a lot of gates in the past for our dog, this is a very good quality and easy to assemble! Looks beautiful on our porch!
The last zip Tie that you are not supposed to cut off. Was not wrapped around the handle? So we were a little unsure of how it was gonna work out, but we made it work, and the gate was just as pictured, we are actually using it outside, even though we are not supposed to, but we treated it with anti-rust UV safe treatment. This was the only gate we could find this size in black on the entire web! We are very happy with it.

Regarding our zip Tie, we recommend that customers do not cut them before all parts are installed. They can be cut after installation. Because if you cut the zip Tie at the beginning, the door opening will spread out, which will cause inconvenience in installation. We are sorry that our instructions are not detailed enough.

We have a VERY busy Labradoodle - This gate has been AMAZING at giving us a bit of freedom. We don't like to have our dog in a kennel so this gate enables us to get out without taking him with us periodically. Great Product and extremely well made - we are going to order another one soon!
Got this gate to keep my toddler from climbing up the stairs. I like the extra height meaning it will last a lot longer and it’s also more difficult to open so I don’t have to worry about him trying to open it or opening it accidentally.
The gate looks great and I loved the automatic locking feature but the gate is rather easy to open. My 14 month old figured out how to open the door within two days. we now keep the gate door screwed tight and hop over the gate to keep my toddler contained in the room. Really would have loved it if the gate was harder for kids to open. I've tried other gates at friends houses which are a bit more challenging to open (requiring a button and pull method)
