Attach the required extensions and reinforcement pieces, then insert the four adjustment bolts. Keep the transport tie in place.

Set the latch gap to 0.196 in / 5 mm, then carefully remove the transport tie.

This safety gate does exactly what I need it to do. It keeps my toddler safe while still giving me easy access to certain areas of the house. My toddler, however, hates the gate because it keeps him from running wild through the house which is exactly why I absolutely love it. It’s sturdy, convenient, and gives me peace of mind.
