Fair Baby did not have my item in stock but asked me if I was willing to wait or wished to cancel. I waited as this gate was wider than most available in stores. Also, my dog is quite determined and broke through other metal gates placed in this area. It was delivered 2 weeks later via FedEx and Fair Baby was continuously in touch with me. The gate has been installed for a week and so far so good, my 50 lb energetic dog has not been able to go over, through, or knock it down. The gate locks on the top handle & also has a notch at the bottom that must be lifted out while squeezing & lifting the handle so it's more secure than other metal swing gates that we've tried. I would recommend this gate and Fair Baby.

Love the gate! Very sturdy and love the way the door opens and closes. It took us a week to get used to closing the gate, but now we love it. In general, the instructions are a little vague. We figured it out but there were times we were scratching our heads. For wide openings, I would recommend temporarily using zip ties to hold the gate sections together the way you want them. This made it much easier holding the gate up while working on screwing in the ends to my archway. Then when done, just snip off the zip ties you added. No regrets on this gate!

Absolutely love this gate! Keeps my grandson out of the kitchen while still allowing my cats to go through using the pet door. I ordered the wide gate for a large doorway and it’s very sturdy. My grandson is almost 1 and pulls himself up using the bars and pulls on the bars trying to move it. I did however, order the black gate and a white one was sent. Not a big deal because the white looks really nice. The instructions aren’t the greatest but isn’t too hard to figure out. There are 2 ways to install, pressure mount or fixed into the doorway using the included hardware. We used the pressure mount…no need to drill into the walls. Highly recommend this gate and worth every penny!

This door fit my opening perfectly, I turned the screws to the right length before I cut the rolled tape and soon I was done, last time I cut the rolled tape early and when I turned the door over I saw the cue that said “don't cut the rolled tape”,🙃 I hope this helps.
